What should I budget?

Business Website: From $1,500. Website Refresh: From $1,000. Workflow Automation: From $1,500. Focused Web MVP: From $5,000. Larger custom software receives a scoped quote. All prices are USD.

How quickly will you reply?

I reply to every brief and message within 1 business day.

What happens after I send a brief?

We review the goal, scope and practical constraints, then agree a final quote and schedule. Sending a brief does not commit you to a project.

What costs are separate?

Domain, hosting, subscriptions, messaging and usage charges are separate. Additional pages, features, integrations and migrations are quoted separately.

How long will the work take?

Timing depends on the agreed scope, content, access and availability. Your quote includes a schedule; a starting price does not reserve a launch date.

What if I already have a website?

Website Refresh focuses on one customer journey across up to three existing pages. We review the current platform first. Larger rebuilds, new pages and automations receive their own scope.

What happens after launch?

You receive the agreed access and handover. Optional Website Care is $150/month for a supported website, including a monthly health check and up to one hour of small content edits. Provider fees are separate; emergency response is not guaranteed. Cancel anytime.

Do I own my website?

You own the finished custom code and content after final payment, and the domain is registered in your name. Third-party tools, assets, libraries and services stay under their own licenses. Ownership, account access and the handover are confirmed in the project agreement.

Who will I work with?

Marc, directly. The person discussing your goals is also designing and building the work. MRoot is based in Ann Arbor and works remotely.
